VIDA/SIDA is a project of the Puerto Rican Cultural Center. It was established in 1988 to serve the Puerto Rican & Latino communities in Humboldt Park during the height of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. VIDA/SIDA was created to better educate, treat and help our people. Currently, VIDA/SIDA in cooperation with the CDPH (Chicago Department of Public Health) and various other agencies are offering a variety of HIV/STI tests. Referrals and appointments are made to various doctors and health centers if needed. Walk-ins are welcome, don't be shy. Get tested before your infected!
