• The CDC estimates that by the end of 2008 there were 490,696 people living with an AIDS diagnoses in the United States and five dependent areas, around 38,000 more than 2006

Answers to yesterday's trivia:
1. How can I tell if I have HIV or AIDS?
Answer: The only way to tell if you have HIV is to take an HIV test (usually an HIV antibody test). You cannot tell if someone has HIV or AIDS just by looking at them.

2. Who should be tested?
Answer: If you have had unprotected sex, shared drug injecting equipment, or been exposed to HIV during a medical procedure or at work, then you should get tested.
